Report: Orlando Sends Elfrid Payton to Phoenix for a second-round pick.

Multiple outlets are reporting that the Orlando Magic have indeed traded Elfrid Payton to the Phoenix Suns for a second-round pick.  Payton is averaging 13 PTS, 4 REB, and 6 AST.
